Product Introduction
1. Primarily used in powder coatings, it is also used in thermosetting coatings, fiber treatment agents, adhesives, antistatic agents, vinyl chloride stabilizers, rubber and resin modifiers, ion exchange resins, and binders for printing inks.
2. Used as a functional monomer in polymerization reactions. Primarily used in the manufacture of acrylic powder coatings, it functions as a soft monomer in copolymerization with hard monomers such as methyl methacrylate and styrene to adjust the glass transition temperature and flexibility, improving the coating's gloss, adhesion, and weather resistance. It is also used in the manufacture of acrylic emulsions and non-woven fabrics. As a functional monomer, it can be used in the manufacture of photosensitive resins, ion exchange resins, chelate resins, medical selective filtration membranes, dental materials, anticoagulants, and solvent-free adsorbents. It is also used to modify polyolefin resins, rubber, and synthetic fibers.
3. Because it contains both carbon-carbon double bonds and epoxy groups within its molecules, it is widely used in the synthesis and modification of polymer materials. It is used as a reactive diluent for epoxy resins, a stabilizer for vinyl chloride, a modifier for rubber and resins, and a binder for ion exchange resins and printing inks. It is also used in powder coatings, thermosetting coatings, fiber treatment agents, adhesives, and antistatic agents. GMA also significantly improves the adhesion, water resistance, and solvent resistance of adhesives and non-woven fabric coatings.
4. In electronics, it is used in photoresist films, electron beams, protective films, and far-infrared X-ray protective films. In functional polymers, it is used in ion exchange resins and chelate resins. In medical materials, it is used in anticoagulant materials and dental materials.
